Discussion:
History of Club: OTFC is proud to be the oldest club and one of the biggest clubs in Northants.
Previously the club was situated at South Road. 5 years ago, a lease was secured for our current site.
The Club has grown substantially and as a result we occupied more land to develop pitches. Oundle
School own the land and we lease it from them.
We have been awarded a 1 star accreditation for our player pathway from U5s to our first team. Our
focus going forward is on achieving a 2 star accreditation and we will achieve this by developing our Girls and Ladies teams.
On International Women’s Day the Ladies team was formed and since has grown rapidly with now
having a Ladies Team, Ladies Walking Football Team, U13 Girls, U11 Girls and U9 Girls.
Its been a fantastic season for our 1st team who are playing the highest level in the Peterborough District Premier Division, this is the first time since 10 years. Many of our Junior teams have been successful in their cup games and we are thankful to have our incredible coaches developing our players.
Member Record – 450 members, 22 teams across 8 leagues.
Qualification record – Playmakers – 8, FA level 1 – 19 and UEFA B – 2.
Discussion:
Thank you to our Coaches and Rachael for collecting subs.
Bar prices have been increased and the till has been upgraded.

Profit and Loss Report for Period ended May 2021 was presented.
This year end was a 9 month report as we changed our year end to be in line with the end of the football season. Report shows a comparable year for income and costs to the May 2020 year end.
With Covid making the last 2 seasons challenging we are pleased to present a surplus to carry into our reserves of £6797.
Detailed Profit and Loss Sheet was presented
Again, this shows comparable income and costs to the previous year end May 2019.
Balance Sheet was presented
We are managing to keep a surplus going every year which is crucial to our development and
commitments. As at March 2022, we have a reserve of £47,000 which includes £8,000 to be spent on pitch development before end of this season, and £34,000 which covers our contribution to the 5 year pitchcare plan that we have committed to with the Football Foundation. Gift aid donations of £2,500 have been received to contribute to our machinery purchase this spring.
Questions:
Do we collect sponsorship money?
Every team tries to have a sponsor for their kit. We plan to redo our sponsor boards and ask sponsors to be part of our events.
Can we have a copy of the financial reports?
They are on Companies house, will be attached to minutes, a printed version will be left on the notice board in the Clubhouse.
Is the club house making money?
Yes
Why is it not open more?
Costs against money you make, and volunteer availability but we will be reviewing opening times.
